  • Support the development and refinement of forecasting methodologies and operational analytics to inform departmental planning and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with departmental divisions, ICT and other corporate partners to define business requirements and coordinate system improvements, testing, documentation, training and implementation.
  • Support organizational change by engaging stakeholders, assessing operational impacts and helping teams adopt and sustain new processes and practices.
  • Prepare clear, concise reports, presentations, business cases and recommendations for departmental leadership and other stakeholders.

Minimum Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Considerable knowledge of business intelligence, performance indicator development, operational risk assessment, forecasting and trend analysis to support planning and evidence-based decision-making.
  • Considerable knowledge of software applications and enterprise business systems used to support business processes, reporting and operational improvements.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently plan, prioritize and deliver complex business improvement initiatives, establish realistic timelines, manage competing priorities and ensure the quality and timely completion of deliverables.
